I took my pre licensing classes at PLI Institute where I not only received classroom training, but out in the field training along with experienced inspectors in which I could apply what I learned in the classroom. This enabled me to pass the national exam and become licensed in Kentucky and I am a member of KREIA and am actively continu

This enabled me to pass the national exam and become licensed in Kentucky and I am a member of KREIA and am actively continuing education through them.
I am also contracted through 3 Engineering firms and trained to be able to perform on site Mandufactured Home Inspections and provide an Engineers Report, (foundation certification) through them. The Engineers are licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana as well.
